I bought it but it's not on my new device
Promptaide is a one-time paid app tied to your Apple ID — never a subscription. On a new device, sign in to the App Store with the same Apple ID you bought it with and re-download it free. Saved prompts and collections are kept on-device, so they don't transfer automatically.
How do I submit a prompt?
Tap submit in the app. Submissions are checked before they appear; approved prompts join the community library. Timing can vary.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds run through Apple. Email us and we'll point you to the fastest route and help where we can.
Is Android coming?
Promptaide is built for iPhone. Email us with “android” in the subject to share your interest; we have no Android release date to announce.
